Developed on Nvidia's Nemotron open-weight framework, Koa is specifically customized to execute business-centric operations, including marketing, customer service, and sales transactions. This development highlights a growing divergence between the requirements of large enterprises and the general-purpose offerings of mainstream AI research laboratories. To ensure strict data privacy during the model's development, the engineering teams completely avoided using actual customer data. Instead, they manufactured highly detailed synthetic datasets designed to replicate authentic corporate scenarios, simulating everything from conversations with frustrated customers to complex negotiations handled by sales professionals.\n\nKoa will function as a specialized alternative within Salesforce's Agentforce platform, where corporate users design automated digital assistants to handle routine operational tasks.
