In a notable financial milestone for a non-generative artificial intelligence startup, health insurance technology firm Angle Health has secured two hundred million dollars in its Series C investment round.

Concurrently, the organization announced a four hundred million dollar tender offer that will allow early employees to liquidate a portion of their equity. This latest injection of capital elevates the firm's private market valuation to two point seven billion dollars. The funding effort was spearheaded by Vitruvian Partners, with active involvement from several other investment entities, including Blumberg Capital, Portage Ventures, PruVen Capital, and the startup accelerator program Y Combinator, of which Angle Health is a prominent alumnus.

The company specializes in simplifying the acquisition and administration of level-funded health coverage options tailored specifically for small business operations. This hybrid approach to medical coverage bridges the gap between traditional self-funded options and fully insured policies, giving small enterprises the benefit of fixed, predictable monthly costs while shielding them from catastrophic expenses. Furthermore, if actual medical claims remain low during the cycle, participating companies may receive financial refunds from the premium surplus. Angle Health utilizes specialized digital tools to seamlessly embed its services directly into existing corporate human resources and payroll software platforms. To date, the profitable enterprise reports that it serves more than five thousand corporate clients across its network.
