At its annual Made by Google presentation in 2026, the technology giant unveiled its latest hardware portfolio, led by the new Pixel 11 smartphone series.

The standard Pixel 11 features a completely redesigned, significantly thinner glass camera bar and an increased baseline storage capacity, though these updates accompany a notable price increase. The premium Pro and Pro XL variants offer enhanced structural durability with highly scratch-resistant screens, while the updated foldable model boasts a lighter, thinner profile and a more resilient hinge. Expanding its device ecosystem, Google also introduced the Pixel Tag, a new compact tracking accessory that integrates with the Android Find Hub network, and the Pixel Watch 5, which incorporates new monthly wellness reports tracking insulin resistance and blood pressure trends.

Alongside the physical hardware, Google showcased a suite of new artificial intelligence features powered by its Gemini model to enhance user interaction. A major accessibility advancement allows the phone's camera to translate American Sign Language directly into written text, facilitating easier communication. The company also debuted Rambler, a flexible voice-input system capable of understanding conversational speech patterns, including filler words and disjointed sentences. Furthermore, the intuitive Circle to Search functionality has been integrated directly into the camera interface, enabling users to identify objects and translate text seamlessly without switching apps, illustrating Google's ongoing push to embed intelligent software across its mobile device suite.
