Anker put a display on the case of its new sleepbuds

Anker has officially introduced its newest audio accessories tailored specifically for side-sleepers, named the Soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4 and 4 Pro.

These updated models boast a redesigned physical footprint that reduces the ear contact area by one-fifth compared to previous iterations, aiming to alleviate pressure and discomfort during overnight use. Alongside ergonomic enhancements, the new earbuds boast upgraded Bluetooth connectivity and improved active noise cancellation capabilities to effectively block out disruptive background environmental sounds. Battery life has also received a boost, ensuring the devices can sustain power through a full night of streaming audiobooks, podcasts, or localized soothing soundscapes.

The primary differentiator for the premium Pro model lies in its specialized charging case, which features an integrated miniature display screen that enables users to manage their audio playback, toggle soundscapes, and set wake-up alarms directly from the accessory. This high-end version also integrates internal sensors to monitor real-time heart rate, stress levels, and sleep quality, utilizing this biometric feedback to automatically adjust audio outputs to help the wearer relax. While both options support modern wireless charging systems, they are positioned at different price tiers and launch schedules. The standard version is slated to arrive on store shelves in mid-autumn, followed shortly by the more expensive Pro variant.
